UNILAG Honours Doctor Who Died While Treating Ebola Patients, Late Ex-VC

The University of Lagos, UNILAG, has honoured Dr Stella Adadevoh, the medical doctor who died while treating Ebola Patients during the Ebola epidemic outbreak in Nigeria seven years ago.

Also given a posthumous honour was a former Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, late Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe.

Education Plus Jobs Blog reports that while Adadevoh was conferred with an honourary doctorate degree, Prof.Ibidapo-Obe was awarded the status of an Emeritus Professor.

The awards took place during UNILAGs 51st convocation award ceremony which held recently.

The awards were received by representatives of the families.
