Bandits who kidnapped fifteen students of the Bethel Baptist High School in Kaduna State have released them.
The release of the students of Bethel Baptist High School was confirmed by the chairman of the Kaduna State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Rev. John Hayab.
Rev. Ishaya Jangado, who is also the proprietor of the school said the 15 students were released on Saturday night by the bandits.
It would be recalled that the students numbering about 121 were kidnapped in the early hours of July 5, 2021 around 2am at the school premises along the Kaduna-Kachia highway, Damishi, in Chikun Local Government Area of the state.
Several millions of Naira have been paid by the affected parents to the bandits who had taken to releasing the students in batches.
