We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Description
- Ensure the school complied with relevant laws and regulations
- Evaluate and standardize curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Lead practices for achievement of high academic standards
- Conduct teacher and staff evaluations to ensure proper implementation of curriculum
- Represent and maintain school image and reputation
- Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education
- Help shape and uphold the vision of the school
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Manage budgets, logistics and events
- Establish and maintain good relationships with parents, students and staff
- Understand and review the way the school and all its departments function
- Prepare for the upcoming school year during the summer
- Supervise care of the facility for safety and quality of physical condition
Key Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
- Attention to details
- Compassionate and caring
- Experienced in classroom education (at least 10years experience as a principal)
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- A strong background in accounting
Salary
N170,000 / month.
