Clean 360, a Professional Cleaning Company based in Woji axis of Port Harcourt is currently strengthening her workforce and seek to engage a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of Admin/Accounts Officer.

Job Description

As an Admin/Accounts Officer, you shall be responsible for the following functions and more:-

  1. Ensure proper documentation for the company.
  2. Manage all correspondences for the company-.
  3. Ensure up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping.
  4. Keep record of all client data.
  5. Keep accurate accounts of transactions.
  6. Issue invoices and receipts to clients
  7. Seek approval for requests by employees and units.
  8. Manage and coordinate the office environment
  9. Other duties as will be assigned

Criteria & Required Qualifications:

BSc or HND in management, accounting, or related field.

Relevant experience in a related field.

Completion of NYSC

Good leadership abilities

Efficient use of computer and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Mobile Category

Basic accounting and bookkeeping abilities.

Basic customer relationship skills

Flexible and self-motivated- Solutions-oriented.

Effective communication skills.
